secondly its only still really bad in africa

it isnt the job of the US to worry about the health of people in other countries ahead of our own people

Well I am sure that it would have made it to the US without a gay or not(which it isnt known exactly how it did, that rumor was started in a book). So your point means nothing, AIDS still didnt originate from gays.

2nd yes Reagan did not take AIDs epidemic seriously enough, so it is not an ill-informed comment..Just because you worship Reagan doesnt make my comment untrue.

Wrong, by its announcement by the CDC in '81 they recognized it as an epidemic.

AIDS is now a pandemic which in 07, 33.2 million were infected worldwide. It is everywhere and by helping Africa the main source which in return helps its prevention from others around the world. How do you stop something? Treat the source. Just because you dont have it doesnt mean its not a problem. Yes, the US gets in everyones biz, but I am sure most of Africa doesnt mind. Unlike other countries we attack, kill, and cause devastation...If you have the means to hurt people, you have the means to help them.
